			Management Raju Dantuluri, PhD., President and CEO Raju is a co-founder of NextSphere. Prior to co-founding NextSphere, he was a co-founder, board member and vice president of Technical Services at Tandel Systems where he managed product development, outsourcing, partner channels, vendor relations and human resources. Prior to that, Raju was vice president of Technical Services at IMRglobal (now CGI NYSE: GIB), a company that rapidly grew to employ more than 3,000 consultants worldwide. While at IMRglobal, he led the formation of the company's Indian operations. His involvement included establishing remote delivery centers from the ground up and delivering technology products and solutions on a fixed-time, fixed-price basis using an onsite-offshore model. Additionally, Raju managed IMRglobal's largest commercial accounts, including: Sears, Morgan Stanley and other global and Fortune 1000 client accounts. Raju holds a Doctorate in Mathematics from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, India and a Master of Business Administration degree from Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, NC. Jeff Slowgrove, Vice President of Finance Jeff is a co-founder of NextSphere. Prior to co-founding NextSphere, he was a board member and vice president of Finance at Tandel Systems where he managed their Corporate Accounting and Financial operations. Jeff brings a broad collection of experiences and insight to NextSphere. He is also the founder and president of JSS Management Consulting, Inc., a venture capital and consulting firm that provides strategic direction, management consulting and funding for start-up organizations and is a board member for many of these companies. He was also a co-founder and key shareholder of IMRglobal (NASDAQ: IMRS), a technology and consulting firm that rapidly grew to employ more than 3,000 consultants worldwide. At its peak, IMRglobal had a market cap of $1 billion, and was sold to CGI (NASDAQ: GIB). Jeff has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. Ravi Kumar Chellaboina, Director of Operations and Global Delivery As Director of Operations and Global Delivery, Ravi is responsible for Managing NextSphere-India Operations and Delivery of Software Products and Services to customers using NextSphere Global Delivery Model. Ravi has extensive experience in Information Technology Product Development, Application Development and Maintenance in E-Business, Utilities and Telecom Industries. Prior to NextSphere, Ravi was a Senior program Manager with Microsoft India managing applications for the Sales and Marketing divisions under Entertainment and Devices Group, handling retail sales and marketing for Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems. Previous to Microsoft, Ravi was with Tata Consultancy Services during which he worked with Several Clients including Microsoft Corporation, Lucent Technologies, Oracle Corporation, INCOIS. Ravi has a Master's Degree in Engineering and is a PMI certified Project Manager and a Art of Living Instructor. Guhan Vaidyanathan, Director of Customer Service and Sales Support Guhan manages Customer Service and Sales Support functions. Guhan is responsible for ensuring seamless process among Customer, Sales, Onsite and Offshore Teams. Guhan is highly experienced in managing large software projects and customer accounts in a variety of industries, including Retail, Manufacturing and Distribution as well as the Federal Government. Prior to NextSphere, Guhan was with CGI (formerly known as IMRGlobal), where he managed large software projects and several customer accounts including Target Corporation (one of the largest retail customers of CGI/IMRglobal) account. He also specialized in implementing transition strategies for outsourcing application maintenance and support for various customers. As part of the ISO 9001 and CMMi L5 procedures implementation team, he headed the Defect Prevention and Estimation Groups. Guhan has a bachelor's degree in Engineering from the College of Engineering in Trivandrum, India.
